Minerals that can boost your skin’s immune system may help prevent acne and skin cancer, according to new research.
Daily mineral powder is one of the most popular treatments for acne and helps prevent wrinkles, according a study published in the Journal of Cosmetic Science.
Daily mineral powders can be purchased online, but the new research suggests that a supplement may be more effective than the standard ingredients.
The research also suggests that the natural products can be effective for reducing inflammation and acne, and can also lower the risk of heart disease and diabetes.
The study looked at the health and health outcomes of 2,852 men and women between the ages of 40 and 78, who were recruited from the UK.
The men and the women were asked to fill out a questionnaire about their skin care and physical activity habits.
The researchers then randomly assigned each participant to take a daily supplement containing 100mg of a protein known as the tyrosine kinase kinase (TTK) inhibitor, such as psyllium husk, or 400mg of the vitamin B complex called alpha lipoic acid.
The study followed participants for two years.
The participants then had their skin samples taken and the results were compared with those who had never taken the supplement.
The results showed that the participants taking the supplement had lower levels of inflammatory markers, including the levels of IL-6 and TNF-alpha.
The subjects also had lower risk of developing skin cancer.
The supplement did not affect the results of the blood tests, although it did lower the levels for the risk factors of high blood pressure, obesity and diabetes, the researchers said.
