When to wear powder: At the start of your workout.
Your skin needs a break from the sun and pollution.
For the most part, it’s best to wear it when your skin is warm, even in the summer.
However, if you’re feeling dry, use a sunscreen or two to protect your skin from sun damage.
Avoid being too heavy on the powder and keep it out of the reach of kids.
Keep it on the dry side, too.
When to use powder: After your workout, if your skin needs some extra protection.
For example, if the temperature is below 70 degrees F and you’re getting a great workout, you may want to use a powder to keep your skin hydrated and moisturized.
If you have a very dry skin, consider using a cream instead.
It will give your skin more time to cool down and keep your makeup looking fresh.
For a more natural look, try applying a foundation to your face.
To help protect against the sun, use your hands or a makeup sponge to rub the powder onto your face to get rid of any shine.
Apply your makeup to the back of your neck to help it absorb any moisture and then wear it as you normally would.
Avoid wearing face masks during the day, especially if you have sensitive skin.
You should avoid putting on face masks until you get home.
After your work, go to a spa or health club to hydrate and get your skin looking fresh again.
Your body will need some time to adjust to a cold weather day, so it may not be a good idea to wear masks while exercising.
The sun can cause your skin to dry out faster than normal and you’ll need to use your powder on a daily basis to keep it from drying out.
